Poland (official name, Republic of Poland) is a beautiful country situated in Central Europe. On its east is Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south, Ukraine and Belarus to the east, and The Baltic Sea, Lithuania and Russian Exclave Kaliningrad to the north. The country shares maritime borders with Denmark and Sweden.
Poland has a growing economy, which attracts thousands of people across the globe to come to Poland for work. The country has a low unemployment rate with increasing salaries and a fairly low cost of living.
There are tons of occupations which are in great demand and require foreign workers. However, foreign workers are required to have proper visas and work permits.
Candidates are required to get the EMPLOYMENT VISA (NATIONAL VISA, D TYPE) through the closest consulate of Poland in their country. This type of visa is granted on the basis of the Voivodeship invitation certified by the Voivode (local Governor of the Polish administrative division corresponding to a “province” in other countries).
Work permits are issued at a regional level and will be valid for a minimum 1-year period.
